His career at North Star spans more than 15 years, where he has held a variety of positions including Bellman, PBX Operator, Reservations Agent, Front Office Coordinator, and Interim Hotel Manager. Each role has deepened his expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and navigating the fast-paced environment of a full-service casino resort.
