Before joining North Star, Bernard spent 5 years at Menominee Casino Resort as a Security Officer, where he developed a strong foundation for guest safety, attention to detail, and team collaboration. His career at North Star spans more than 15 years, where he has held a variety of positions including Bellman, PBX Operator, Reservations Agent, Front Office Coordinator, and Interim Hotel Manager. Each role has deepened his expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences and navigating the fast-paced environment of a full-service casino resort.

Known for his professionalism, adaptability, and dedication, Bernard is committed to enhancing the guest experience through personalized service and operational excellence. He currently serves as an Executive Host at North Star Mohican Casino Resort, a role he has held for more than two and a half years. Bernard brings a deep understanding of guest service, operations, and relationship management to his role.

Known for his professionalism and deep industry knowledge, Keith is dedicated to creating long-lasting relationships with his guests and enhancing the ultimate casino experience for elite patrons. Keith loves spending time with his players, knowing that it’s the friendly, one-on-one relationships that differentiate North Star from the competition, and he strives to make each of his guests feel like they’ve reached the pinnacle of luxurious service.
