GENERAL HEALTH & SAFETY
WHAT ARE OUR CURRENT AND FUTURE HEALTH AND SAFETY INITIATIVES?
As of August 4th, 2021 at 7:00am all employees and guests will be required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
The casino resort will be operating at 50% capacity as of August 4th.
Hand sanitizing and cleaning stations are throughout the entire property.
To protect the health and safety of our guests, team members, and community, the casino resort will remain a smoke-free facility until further notice. Outdoor smoking area available.
WHAT ARE OUR CURRENT HOURS?
Starting August 16th
- Monday thru Friday we are closed between 2am and 8am.
- Saturday and Sunday we are open 24 hours.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations can be made online at book.b4checkin.com/chameleon/northstarcasinoresort or by calling 715-787-3110. All individual offers may vary.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT HOTEL DESK HOURS?
Sunday to Thursday the Hotel Desk is closed between 12am and 5am.
Friday & Saturday the Hotel Desk is open 24 hours.
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?
Check-in begins at 3:00pm daily.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-OUT?
Check out is at 11:00am daily.
HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE RESERVATIONS?
All reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling the hotel at 715-787-3110 extension 2550.
IS THE RV PARK OPEN?
The RV Park is open for the 2021 season. Rates are available at northstarcasinoresort.com/hotel-rv-park
DOES THE RV PARK HAVE A SHOWER/BATH HOUSE?
We do not currently have a shower/bath house for RV park guests.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
WHAT OUTLETS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN?
All food and drink outlets are currently open. See the most current hours on our social media pages or on the North Star app. Food and beverage outlets are operating at 50% capacity as of August 4th.
WHAT ARE THE CURRENT DINING PROCEDURES?
Consumption of food is allowed only in designated areas including Embers Grill and The Groove.
ARE YOU OFFERING CATERING SERVICES?
All catering services are suspended at this time.
HOW DO I BOOK A WEDDING, MEETING, OR BANQUET AT NORTH STAR?

GAMING (SLOTS, TABLE GAMES, & BINGO)
Table games are open daily. Our craps table is not currently open, but we do have electronic craps available. Check individual games for hours of operation.
All games are limited to 4 players per table.

STAR CLUB/PLAYER SERVICES
ARE BUSSES/SHUTTLES RUNNING?
All bus programs have resumed as of June 1st, 2021 and are not affected at this time.
All guests must wear a mask when they arrive inside North Star Casino.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE NORTH STAR EXPRESS AND BUS GROUPS (Frequent Rider Program)?
The North Star Express is a free bus service that is ran through North Star Casino and has a designated schedule each week. Schedule and pick up locations can be found at: northstarcasinoresort.com/star-players-club/north-star-express
Bus groups are provided through individual bus companies that provide tours to large, planned groups of people. To schedule a bus tour, visit: www.northstarcasinoresort.com/star-players-club/bus-groups

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE STAR CLUB REWARDS PROGRAM?
Our Star Club rewards program is free to everyone! You can join today by visiting Player Services and a host will help you get signed up.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR MONTHLY GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS?
Each promotion has different criteria for how to earn entries. Points can be earned by using your Star Club card at slot machines or table games.
HOW CAN I CHECK IN TO DRAWINGS?
For all promotional drawings, players must check-in using a kiosk on the floor (swipe your players card) or by using the North Star mobile app available on Google Play or The App Store.
WHEN WILL I SEE LAST YEAR'S TIER LEVEL UPDATES?
The tier level evaluation from 2020 is complete and all guest accounts have been updated for the current tier qualification period.
SPONSORSHIP & DONATIONS
HOW DO I MAKE A SPONSORSHIP OR DONATION REQUEST?

WILL MY STAY AND PLAY PACKAGE OR FREE PLAY WON AT EVENTS, ETC. EXPIRE?
All stay and play packages and free play will expire based on the expiration date on the coupon.
WILL I STILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE FOR MY SPONSORSHIP OR DONATION REQUEST?
All sponsorship or donation requests will be reviewed and answered as soon as they are received.
WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT UPON REQUEST?
Requests for win/loss statements will be processed as they are received.
